  • Confirm via text or email confirmation
  • Detox orders must be confirmed by 3:00pm for same day delivery. Orders confirmed after 3:00pm shall be scheduled for delivery the following day (or any day specified by the customer).
  • Meal program orders must be confirmed 24hrs before desired start date of delivery.
  • Detox and meal plan programs are delivered the night before, for consumption the following day.
  • Orders are not considered final until proof of payment/deposit/transfer has been confirmed by delivery officers via text confirmation.
  • All confirmed orders are considered final.
  • Any changes in juice flavor or meals for the following day as must be communicated to the delivery team a day prior to expected delivery date.
  • Any pause in detox delivery or meal program delivery must be communicated to the delivery team a day prior to expected delivery date.
  • The 50% discount on delivery fees is only given to clients who pay in full prior to their monthly meal plan delivery. This only applies for Metro Manila residents.
  • Senior/PWD discounts shall be honored as prescribed by law. This applies to one meal per client per day. In the case of Detox packages, since they are considered a meal replacement, 1 meal is equivalent to 1 bottle per day. The discount will be computed from the original selling price of the detox/meal plan.
