Intermittent Fasting

The body has two metabolic states: “Fed” and “Fasted”

“FED” – the state in which your body is digesting and absorbing food. During this state, your body’s usage of surplus fats are at minimum and this continues on for 4 hours after every meal.

“FASTED” – your body finally enters this state only after 12 hours since your last meal. At this state, your body is at optimum surplus-fat burning stage.

With the eating schedule we normally follow, most of us hardly ever enter the fasted state because we seldom have 12hr intervals between meals.
Our Intermittent Fasting (I.F.) program gives your body at least 4 hours of this high burning fasted stage every day and that’s why you get fast results like never before!

You can order the I.F. program in any of the diets we offer except for the Performance and Body Building diet. All I.F. programs come with 2 gourmet meals and a full snack (brunch, full snack, dinner) with organic teas and/or a vegan juice daily.
