This popped on our Instagram feed today and we literally fell off our chairs in awe of her transformation journey.

Are you a mom too? If yes, we salute you for motherhood is no easy task. But are you still asking your self if your pre-motherhood oozing sexiness will ever come back? We won’t give the straight answer but we will instead quote Rachel Donaire (if that last name sounds familiar to the Filipino boxing fan in you, yes she is the better half of “The Filipino Flash” Nonito Donaire).

Here’s from Rachel’s instagram post:

#transformationtuesday
So here is my #transformation . I was hesitant to post this bc …well in honesty what woman wants to remember the days they didn’t feel so great about ? But then I figured hey, that was an amazing journey and may inspire others that they can do whatever they put their mind to. I gave birth to my second son on April 16, 2015 at approximately 175lbs via #csection. I breastfed for awhile until I pumped enough for a year supply for Logan. In September, I decided to kick my body into gear.

In September I was 158lbs to start off my training and it was hard because mentally I felt like I could do more but with my csection, I had no abdominal muscles. I had the help of @genevacruzofficial and @imagespamdofficial to help kick my butt into gear.

In October, I was able to fit into one of my small/medium stretchy dresses for an event and was at 142lbs. Losing weight seemed so much harder…probably slower metabolism due to age? Ugh!

In January for a wedding in Boracay I was at 130 lbs but was at a #plateau. It was very difficult mentally because I was not where I wanted to be yet. I woke up every morning to train and sometimes at night and wouldn’t go anywhere.

That is until I met with @detoxifybar . At that point I did a juice cleanse and #healthyprep meals with them and like magic, ….
FEBRUARY 13 came for the Philippine Sports Awards and I made my #goal of 120lbs.
So now the last 5 lbs is vanity pounds and will be a #balance of healthy yet #toningand #leaning.

The journey has been rough mentally and physically but I know I can meet any goal I set with my #perseverance. If I can do it, anyone can. Big thanks to hubby for helping me stay on track, my family and in laws helping watch the kids when I needed to train, my friends for not enticing me, and sons for inspiring me and cheering for me.
